Very practical, we didn't know the time of pick-out and they were very comprehensive. Best way to get hands free for the visits of the day.

This is a Bengal restaurant/shop close to Otsuka station on a small, busy street. They left my luggage in the doorway. I asked them if they could move it away from the street, which they promised. I know it's Japan, safe and all, but I still wasn't comfortable with it standing there. When I returned in the afternoon, several hours later, all my stuff was still in that doorway next to the sidewalk. It also smelled really strongly of Bengal food... Ok service, but they could've taken better care of my stuff. And the service was far from the Japanese standard (well, they were not Japanese). Four stars for the location. Service... not so much.

Very nice people and service! Very flexible, would recommend 100%! Restaurant also very good food and prices! ????
