The place is called Bistro 49 and Google doesn't show the correct location. It's the street over the bus station. Anyway, got there and was asked for the confirmation, showed it and they asked me to leave the bags in a corner which I did. When I got back the bags were in the same spot untouched so I was happy. Also when you book, it forces you to take insurance for €3.50. There's not an opt out option so be aware when booking. Other than than, no complaints. My bags were fine and would use them again if I'm ever in the area. It actually worked out perfectly.

I left my luggage at Bistro 49, after reading several positive reviews. But I am not sure I second those opinions. There were no lockers, and I was told to put the luggage near the entrance of the restaurant/bar. I didn’t get anything that proved I left the luggage. What if somebody else came and took it with him? I am concerned about that possibility unless the Bistro 49 workers firmly linked the luggage with me. Fortunately I got my luggage safely.

The location for leaving the luggage was really good. But when we went to pick up our bags after 8 p.m. (around 8:30), we had a problem. At 9 p.m. we had a bus to Zagreb from just across this place. When we asked if we could get our luggage, the man made us wait about 15 minutes. After asking many times, he finally said okay. The luggage was only about 100–150 meters from their shop, but because of the rain it was quite difficult for us. This place is actually a bar. In the evening it was very busy, so they didn’t really want to help us much. That’s why we had this small problem.
