QR 코드를 스캔해 수거 및 항공편 정보를 입력하고, 무거운 수하물 두 개에 대해 5,409엔을 지불한 뒤 확인서에 서명하니 바로 이용할 수 있었습니다. 직원분들은 저희가 편안하게 이용할 수 있도록 모든 과정에서 정말 친절하게 도와주셨습니다. 공간이 한정되어 있어 맡길 수 있는 수하물은 최대 6개까지라는 점을 유의하시기 바랍니다. 그 점만 제외하면, 이 서비스를 다시 이용하고 싶을 정도로 강력히 추천합니다!
My partner and I are traveling from the states and needed help with extra luggages from all the souvenir we bought to be transported near Narita Airport.
At first, we had a hard time locating where the luggage storage area was but it’s actually a service provided by Yamato Transport! Reception/front desk is past the glass door on the right. One worker spoke minimal English while another used a translator device so booking was a breeze. Once we scanned the QR code to fill out our pickup/flight information, paid 5,409 yen for two heavy luggages, signed a confirmation form, and we were on our way. They were super helpful every step of the way to make sure we were at ease. Do keep in mind the maximum amount of bags you can provide are 6 due to the limited space they have. Otherwise, I would definitely recommend using this service again!
