Simple drop off and pickup procedure. Handy for centre of Bristol and ten minutes from bus station for airport flyer.

Ideally located and bag drop off and pick up easy. My only concern was that my QR code was not scanned/used at any point. No name taken or anything. Also I think my suitcase was just kept at the bottom of the customer staircase, near the door possibly all day, unsure if my case was put anywhere secure in between dropping off and collecting.
