It was not indicated where exactly the location was. I spent 15 minutes on the spot looking for lockers or a sign for radical storage. At the end it was just the back room of a kiosk with a tiny sticker on the glass with a qr code and then even tinier saying radical storage. In the app in the direction said nothing about a kiosk.

Super good solution, very friendly employee. It was a bit unusual to have left my backpack there without any proof, but of course the storage went smoothly as requested. This type of luggage drop-off would have to be invented if it didn't already exist, as there was once again a large queue in front of the lockers at Cologne main station - and probably none would have been free anyway. Thank you!
Super gute Lösung, sehr freundliche Mitarbeiterin. Es war etwas ungewohnt, seinen Rucksack ohne irgendeinen Nachweis dort abgegeben zu haben, aber natürlich ist die Aufbewahrung wie gewünscht reibungslos verlaufen. Diese Art der Kofferabgabe müsste erfunden werden, wenn es sie nicht schon gäbe, da in Köln Hbf wieder einmal eine große Warteschlange vor den Schließfächern war - und wahrscheinlich dann sowieso keines mehr frei gewesen wäre. Danke!
