Location was a hotel, receptionist did not know about booking. Acted weary about 4 pieces of luggage. Was not given proof of abandonment, had to write down numbers myself. Took pictures of receptionist with our numbered luggage. When picking up we were in front of closed door, no response to doorbell. Hotel guests let us in. Receptionist came after 15min to press bell on counter. Also with him surprise about left behind luggage. Got back neatly. Paid €27.

Locatie was een hotel, receptionist wist niet van boeking. Deed vermoeid over 4 stuks bagage. Kregen geen bewijs van achterlaten, moesten zelf nummers noteren. Heb foto's gemaakt van receptionist met onze genummerde bagage. Bij ophalen stonden we voor dichte deur, werd niet gereageerd op deurbel. Hotelgasten hebben ons binnen gelaten. Receptionist kwam na 15min op bel drukken op de balie. Ook bij hem verbazing over achtergelaten bagage. Kregen wel keurig terug. €27 betaald.
