Pretty easy storage service, if you want to add an extra bag/backpack on the day, you’d have to book online again. Atocha station area has a massive construction sight, keep that in mind while planning your logistics. Effortless to go to the station after picking up the bags. The service is located in Tobacco shop. You’ll be asked a QR for both leaving and picking up your luggage. Thanks for the smooth service

No problem, it’s a pharmacy. The issue is that there’s building work going on and there’s a direct entrance, though it’s not very visible, and Google Maps sent me on a massive detour. The service is friendly and quick. They take photos of your luggage to avoid any issues and ask for your QR code. There were no problems.

Todo bien, el lugar es una farmacia , el problema es que están en obra y hay paso directo pero no muy visible y google maps me mando a dar una vuelta enorme. La atención es amable y rápida. Toman fotos del equipaje para que no haya problemas y te piden tu QR . No hubo incovenientes
