I arrived in Madrid on December 8 and being a holiday the owner of the little store told me that it would close at 5 p.m. but this was not stated on the website so it created an inconvenience for me and besides I paid the price in full!
Sono arrivata a Madrid l’8 dicembre ed essendo una festività il proprietario del negozietto mi ha detto che avrebbe chiuso alle 17 ma questo non era riportato nel sito e quindi mi ha creato un disagio ed inoltre ho pagato il prezzo per intero!

The guy in the shop was perfectly polite and clarified that the shop remains open all day so I could return anytime. No receipt or anything provided but it was all there on collection with no issues! Not sure how they’d manage if there were lots of people dropping luggage on the same day though as there seemed to be no real system in place.
