Booking a storage online was easy, the price was reasonable, and the service was friendly and hassle-free. However, I have reservations about the place itself. I didn't expect it to be a back area (closed, but still). I think this should be noted in the description of the storage place. The place itself was also difficult to find, there was only a small sign on the door stating that it was a luggage storage area. Misunderstandings arose because I usually book locker-style storage units.
