I've booked the locker on Shop 17R, 1 Freshwater Place, Southbank Blvd, Southbank VIC 3006, Australia. However, the location didn't exist. I managed to find another locker nearby thanks to a friend who had a booking for the different location, and then I contacted Radical support. They were able to change the storage location, and everything was sorted. It was a really stressful situation, but in the end everything ended up well. I won't use it again tho.
