Having stored my luggage here for four days, I found the rates reasonable, the location conveniently close to Southern Cross Station, and the shop itself open for extended hours – meaning I scarcely had to worry about missing my train. What's more, when collecting my bags, the staff took the trouble to verify the collector's identity, which was a welcome reassurance!!

Pretty good experience. The process was easy and it’s reasonably priced. The storage location was and Ezy Mart convenience store near Southern Cross station Melbourne. The staff was very polite and friendly but both when we dropped our bags off and returned to pick them up, the staff member had left the shop and we had to wait 10-15 mins for him to return. That was ok for us as we were not under any time constraints, but could be inconvenient for those on a tight schedule.
