Luggage Storage Flatiron District

I would’ve probably left a terrible review if I hadn’t met the super nice person that was working there and received SUPREME SERVICE finding this place was absolutely awful. If you ask anybody that’s next-door they will say they don’t know where this place is AND ON THE SECOND FLOOR THEY ADVERTISE NOBODY ON THAT FLOOR KNOWS ABOUT IT unfortunately I am not from this area and I was circling around FIVE OR 6 times with heavy luggage my arms are still SORE. They say it’s on the second floor. It is on the fifth floor, which was super frustrating but when I finally found it, I was greeted by this super nice guy and he took my luggage. It was not an all an issue. I think this trip would’ve been absolutely beautiful if the correct information was given on their website so it is not the workers fault it is entirely the website‘s fault and this made it a lot more difficult. I Spent 40-50 minutes looking for this place but honestly, the kindness that the worker showed me was amazing and if I ever do decide to hold my luggage I will use it now that I know where it is.

Very safe. Had a pleasant experience with the person in charge. My husband and I were a little anxious to leave the luggage at a luggage storage since it was our first experience but we found it quite safe and reliable. Definitely will use this service on our next trip!
