Upon arrival, I showed them the QR code on my smartphone screen and they immediately scanned it. They then handily photographed all of our luggage and put it away in the storage room in the back. When we went to pick up our luggage, it was handled by a different person, but he had a lot of luggage after we had left ours, and we couldn't get ours out until we got them out of storage, but he did it quickly and efficiently, and we were able to pick it up efficiently because we helped him.
