Storage location was convenient enough, booking was simple. Staff were friendly. However, I wouldn't book again due to safety aspect. Bags are tagged and then we were brought upstairs to drop them off. Room was full of other bags. Door could only be opened when the card was scanned. I asked if it's only staff that comes up and it was confirmed. However, when I came to collect my bag I was given the swipe card and was told to go upstairs to pick up the bag (myself). I could have picked up anythin

Was easy to make and pay for the reservation online. The location was about a 15 minute easy flat walk from our cruise ship and the staff were very nice and helpful. The luggage storage option allowed us to see Trieste throughout the day and leave via train in the evening.
