We experienced a strange situation. We left our bags at 1:50 p.m. They said they closed from 2 to 3 p.m. We arrived at 4 p.m. and the place was closed. Someone opened up to take some things out and then closed again. I asked him to retrieve our bags and he was very kind and helped me. The rating is not for the person but for the fact that if a schedule is set, especially for luggage, it should be respected.
Vivimos una situación rara.Dejamos las valijas a las 13.50. Decía q cerraban de 14 a 15 hs. Llegamos a las 16 y el lugar estaba cerrado. Abrió un apersona como para sacar cosas y volver a cerrar, a quien le pregunte para retirar las valijas y muy amable me atendió. La calificación corresponde no a la persona sino a q si se pone un horario, sobre todo para el tema de valijas, debe respetarse.
