Nice and easy. The guy came out of the restaurant and helped us bring our bags upstairs. We quickly took photos of our luggage and he put them into storage. We were able to collect our bags very easily after we were done exploring. Very close to the train station, so if you can’t find a space to leave them there, this is a very good alternative.

we had to wait about 5-10 min to check in our luggage because staff was not available, but they are very friendly and it's nice that they are available until 11pm. Also, when checking out there was no waiting time.

The luggage was left in a room on the floor, but we didn't have any stress and it was very easy to leave and retrieve the suitcases. My suggestion is that they put lockers for the luggage instead of leaving it on the floor.
