Prompt, friendly, reliable service. Met us just outside airport arrivals area to pick up luggage for offsite storage, then met us again after our safari to return our luggage. Would use again! The only minor complaint I have is that the "$3000 guarantee" fee isn't optional, and should simply be included in the price.
