Booking was simple. I downloaded the app and signed in without issue. The people at the storage location were polite and friendly. The only issue I had was accessing the location. It is on the 3rd floor of a building and required pressing two different buzzers to get doors opened. Definitely worth providing that additional information to future users.

It did the job, but you need to bring your luggage through multiple doors and steps and you store them in someone's kitchen, which is fine, except the access is not that easy and the price is really expensive. I have stored luggage in other cities way more conveniently and for much cheaper! We were 6 people with carry-ons and backpacks and each item is charged about 4 Euros + fees. In the end, it did cost 70 euros for 6 hours, which is exaggerated in my opinion.

Was great service.

It was safe but a bit hard to find. Would need more details when booking. Go through 2 set of secured doors. When found it all went smoothly. The guy was kind and helpful.
