When we arrived we were told that one of our bags was too large and we needed to pay extra €5. I did not see anything on the website about paying extra for a big bag. The man showed us the extra pay on the website but this was not visible to me. Then he said it was a bit heavy and if we could like to tip him…we could. I gave him €10…just to move on with my family. When I returned he pointed to the tip jar and said if I’d like to give him a tip…I told him I gave him a tip this morning when he ask

Service was good and the staff were very friendly and kind. They helped us a lot by giving us recommendations. However, I believe there may be some confusion or inconsistency on the website. In the application, it states that luggage storage is available until 20:00, but the staff informed us that it was only until 18:00. It seemed like this was not the first time this situation had occurred.
